Used to properly torque cable shield bond connectors and other ground connections. Head swivels 90° and is factory set for 40 in./Lb. Can be used with any 3/8" drive sockets. Audible click when proper torque is achieved.
NOTE: For optimum functionality be sure to use a Full-Hand Grip centered on the handle.
