This is the aluminum wire wrapping tool with a specially insulated coating.

For precise reliable wire wrapping, the G100/R3278INS provides 1000V of dielectric strength across most of the housing and is ruggedly constructed of aluminum. This wire wrapping tool provides up to 10 revolutions per squeeze of the trigger. Accommodates wire sizes from 18 AWG (1.00mm) thru 32 AWG (0.20mm) using our full range of interchangeable wire wrapping bits and sleeves. Good for field service or production line use.
